  4.           Welcome to the Instant Lottery Game where you can play the 
  5.           lottery and win time that you can use on the BBS.
  6.  
  7.           This is a very simple game to play. To begin you must select
  8.           how many tickets you wish to buy. Look at the bottom of the
  9.           screen to see how much they cost in time. The total number of
  10.           time you can win is displayed at the top of the screen.

  12.           Now select from 1 to 3 tickets to buy and then just watch the
  13.           screen. The object is to match 2 out of 3 numbers to win. The
  14.           ODDS are set by your sysop. If you match you will be credited
  15.           with the time in the Jackpot.

  17.           To END the game just select 6 from the main menu and then
  18.           you will be returned to the main board.
